Power Right Data Privacy Summary

At Power Right, we take your privacy seriously. It is important that you know exactly what we do with personal information that you and others provide to us, why we gather it and what it means to you.

This document is being provided to you in line with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will come into force on 25 May 2018. From that date, the GDPR, together with applicable Irish requirements, will amend existing data protection law and place enhanced accountability and transparency obligations on organizations when using your information. The GDPR will also introduce changes which will give you greater control over your personal information, including a right to object to processing of your personal information where that processing is carried out for our business purposes.

This document is a summary of our full Data Protection Policy. Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” refer to Power Right LTD.

2.Your data – the information we collect about you.

The typical data we collect is information you’ve provided to us while signing up to our products and services. This includes data used to identify you, including your contact information and limited financial details used to process payment for services provided.

3.How we use your data.

We comply with GDPR legislation and only utilize and share personal data in strict adherence with its laws and principals. We use and share your data only where it is necessary in relation to a service or contract that you have entered into, such as Intruder or CCTV monitoring.

4.Who we share your data with.

In support of our business operations we will only share your data with our partners as required to provide services to you, such as monitoring services from our designated monitoring stations. 

5.Controlling your data.

You have ultimate control over your data. You have rights which allow you to address any concerns or queries regarding the processing of your personal data, including right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of your data, as well as the right to object to processing of the data.
